I hope all of you had a safe and fun time last night. I certainly did.

 

 I enjoy Halloween. I did not have the opportunity to do so as a child, and i have more than made up for it as an adult. I am long past following my kids around when they knock on doors for tricks or treat. Even then I dressed up with them. I have been a peanut M&M to their plain M&M. Princess Leah to  Luke. You get the picture.

 

In my current neighborhood, I am the tall good witch. I greet all in my long black witches gown and gold and black witches hat, with my high heel boots on for height.

I keep all the lights off towards the front of the house. I love to see the littlest people say "she's a witch" and see the parents point at me and take pictures. This witch does not just put candy in bags,  i encourage a response from all my visitors.

 

Last night, i passed out candy and smiles. I got a good share of  hugs and kisses and made no little people cry. It was well worth it.
